The promoter is Mobile Visual Information Systems Ltd (MVIS Ltd) (company no. 08130402), whose registered office is 91-97 Saltergate, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S40 1LA.
Employees of MVIS Ltd or their immediate family members of MVIS Ltd, shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
Entry into the competition via SurveyMonkey will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Only one entry per person.

MVIS Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by MVIS Ltd. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
Closing date for entry will be 23:59 on Wednesday 30th October 2020. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be considered.
There is one prize available: The winner will receive a brand new TomTom Start 52 with 5″ Touch Screen.
No alternative prize is available and prizes are non-transferable.
One winner of the competition will be randomly picked by MVIS Ltd in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 working days of notification they will forfeit the prize and MVIS Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner (the replacement winner shall also be subject to the same claim process set out in this clause). If a winner rejects their prize or is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and MVIS Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner via post. All personal data will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy and data protection legislation.
The winner’s name will be available on request 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: MVIS Ltd, Units 6-8, Brookfield Industrial Estate, Brookfield Way, Tansley, Matlock DE4 5ND or by emailing sean.brown@m-vis.co.uk with the request.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
