I just wanted to say thank you very much for the quick response to not only attending site and making it safe by removing the damaged sign, but also replacing it at the same time. Especially since it was a bank holiday weekend as well.

This really promotes good customer values (road users) to ensure they are both safe and continued to be well informed, whereby faulty or damaged equipment is replaced rapidly.
