We believe that the quality and high standards that we are able to achieve starts with our with our employees, a team that we are incredibly proud of. With 8 members joining us as apprentices and one of these to of made his way up the career ladder to “Operations Manager” after achieving his CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership. We love watching our staff skills upgrade and develop further.

It is this ethos and innovative approach to development which allows us to maintain our high quality, award winning customer service and fuels our eagerness to maintain our relationships between the customer and the company.

We are always encouraging our team to upgrade and develop their skills, not only for the benefit of the company but to build up their own personal development. In 2019 two members of the team attended a Mental Health Awareness course in order to ensure that we are able to cater for all aspects of health and safety in the workplace, Rebecca Prince and Anne Ashman are our mental health ambassadors and we encourage people to speak up and not feel judged when needing somebody to talk to.

Even through this past year we have encouraged the development of our staff`s training and development. Holding our ISO accreditation for Health and Safety (45001:2018) we understand the importance of knowledge in these areas. Because of this, we have recently enrolled all of our team to sit the COVID-19 Site Safety Plus course which is accredited by CITB. This course has aloud our staff to develop a deeper appreciation for the importance of Covid safety and the severity of keeping a controlled environment both in the workplace and on site in order to maintain safety for ourselves and those around us.
